File: Fusion Accelerator Status: Founding cohort, open Seats: 13 total

You're not behind on AI. You've been handed the wrong file.

Every course starts with the tool — prompts, platforms, settings. This starts with the thing you already know how to do: hand off work well. That's the entire skill AI is asking for.

The premise

You already know
how to delegate.

You've done it with employees, contractors, your kid, your spouse. You know how to describe what you want. You know how much rope to give. You know when to check the work and when to leave it alone.

Same checklist. AI just doesn't get offended when you're specific.

The owners who struggle with AI aren't behind on technology. They never learned to delegate well to people either — and AI is just holding up a mirror.

What you're actually buying

A 90-day case log,
not a course.

You don't need more information about AI. You need your job explained once, well, to something that can carry it. Three things get built alongside a small group doing it with you: your voice profile, your delegation library, and your own delegation style.

Day
01
Entry — Day 01

You explain the job the way you'd explain it to a new hire.

No prompt frameworks. You talk, we capture how you talk, and that becomes the thing everything else is built on.

Entry — Day 30

The system carries real work.

The novelty's gone and the habit isn't built yet. This is the week most people quit — which is exactly why the cohort is small enough that nobody slips past unnoticed.

Entry — Day 60

You stop checking before you're asked to.

Delegation has moved from a thing you're trying to the way the work leaves your desk.

Entry — Day 91

You're not finished — you're a veteran.

The membership keeps running at the same founding rate, and you help the next member build theirs.

Strength

You move. Decision made, work handed off, next thing.

One step past useful

You hand off before you've said what "done" looks like — and end up re-doing it yourself.

Why it's built this way
Internal memoFounder note

I could sell ten seats. I'd deliver three well and disappoint seven.

Why 90 days? Because that's how long it takes for this to stop being a thing you're trying and start being how you work. Week five is when people quit — the novelty's gone and the habit isn't built. Week nine is when someone tells me they did something without thinking about it first.

Why only three Plus seats? Because Plus isn't a bigger package — it's my hours. Case study development, a podcast episode, walking someone into Chamber rooms, personally, month after month.

Scarcity in this business is usually manufactured. This one's just arithmetic.

Before you commit

The fine print,
in plain terms.

A recurring monthly subscription through Stripe. You're billed today and on the same day each month until you cancel. Your statement will show MFM FUSION ACCEL (Tier 1) or MFM FUSION PLUS (Tier 2).

No. The 90 days is the transformation. The membership continues after that at the same founding rate, for as long as you stay active.

The tier closes. Ten Accelerator seats and three Plus seats, then the founding rate is gone. Nobody gets moved up mid-cohort.

Your founding rate is tied to continuous membership. If it lapses, you rejoin at whatever the rate is then.
